Hi James,

As Claudia mentioned, I would be happy to meet up with you and discuss your project idea further.  I could provide particular assistance with preparing to set up the Cyber Cafe as a community co-operative or social enterprise.  Please feel free to call me on 02920 556 196 or email me on branwen.ellis@walescoop.com.

Thanks,

Cyber Cafes

james,

Most cyber cafes should have a fesability study/business plan in existance.  It is always worth asking to see copys as they can give u extra information and help u not to repeat existing mistakes and asses the long-term vibility of your project.  I worked with White Rose in New Tredegar and they comissioned Broomfield Alexander to prepare a study re their cyber cafe..  I am sure I could ask to allow u acces to this information.

Hi James

As per Cath reply there other similar projects you can contact. Also I would like to offer the other services/projects within the Wales Co-operative Center that can support you in developing your idea in becoming a co-operative or social enterprise if this is the route you would like to take. We will support you with registration, business planning, cash flow exercise, etc. You may want to contact Branwenn Ellis, our development officer for NPT, on 029 20556196.
